Comprehensive interview to really get to know you, your health, your why, you how and your what next. I take a full health history and timeline, family history, nutritional and dietary analysis, lifestyle and environmental assessment, pathology and functional testing result analysis, family dynamics and circumstances. My goal is to uncover the root underlying causes of your imbalance, and provide real life effective strategies Expect to leave the consult with practical dietary and lifestyle strategies, personalised health information and resources, food education, feeling supported and understood, and dietary, nutritional or homeopathic prescriptions (if necessary) My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered to make wholesome choices to optimise your health and wellbeing I operate from a very personal approach. My packages are all custom built to suit the dynamics of each individual and family. Initial consultations are located at your household or a playground or park of your convenience to provide comfort and ease for children and families.
