Throughout this intimate 8-week small-group program, you'll learn how different aspects of modern life may be influencing your nervous system, hormones, energy, sleep, mood, focus, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Together we explore nervous system regulation, stress and burnout patterns, circadian rhythms, hormonal health, energy production, cognitive overload, digital influences, connection, recovery, and the foundations of sustainable vitality.


A key part of the program is completing the SOMA Questionnaire™ and identifying your personal Mismatch Load Index (MLI). Rather than guessing where to begin, this process helps map the areas of your life where your system may be carrying the greatest load. It provides a visual understanding of your patterns, highlights potential contributors to overwhelm or dysregulation, and helps prioritise the changes most likely to create meaningful improvement.


For many women, this creates a profound shift. What once felt confusing begins to make sense. Self-blame is often replaced with understanding. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by countless health recommendations, you gain clarity about where your attention is needed most.

Alongside this insight, you'll receive practical therapeutic education, guidance, tools, reflection exercises, and ongoing support to help you apply what you learn in everyday life.

The goal is not perfection, restriction, or another list of things to do. The goal is to build awareness, regulation, resilience, and a deeper understanding of how to work with your body rather than against it.
